Toy is brand new. There are 2 colors of plastic on this Hess Model. A white plastic and a gold-yellow tone. Some toys are all gold-yellow, some white, others have both color parts. This was unique during this year of manufacture and has no effect on toy functionality. Guaranteed new and working as advertised.
